Why Kumanovo

A short flight. A measurable difference.

Kumanovo sits at the crossroads of the Balkans — minutes from Skopje International Airport and a short drive from Pristina. A region with a long tradition of prosthodontic excellence, at a fraction of Western European pricing.

  • Centrally located

30 minutes from Skopje Intl. Airport · 40 minutes from Pristina Intl. Airport.

  • 70+ weekly connections

Direct flights from most European capitals — Zurich, Vienna, Frankfurt, Rome, London and more.

  • Same materials, protocols

The implant systems and ceramic materials are the same as in leading EU clinics — the cost structure is not.

  • English-speaking coordination

One point of contact in English, from your first email to your final follow-up.

Why this clinic

Why international patients choose us.

Specialist leadership, a fully digital workflow, and a complete commitment to European clinical standards — delivered in a setting designed around the international patient.

01

Specialist leadership

Treatment led by Prof. Ass. Dr. Fuat Bislimi — Specialist Prosthodontist with a PhD in prosthodontics (2023) and several peer-reviewed publications. Academic rigour, not just clinical practice.

02

Fully digital workflow

Every case is planned on intraoral scans and CBCT imaging. Surgical and prosthetic outcomes are verified digitally before a single irreversible step is taken.

03

European-grade materials

IPS e.max lithium disilicate, monolithic zirconia, premium implant systems and original components — the same materials used in leading Western European clinics. No budget alternatives.

04

Continuity of care

Treatment does not end at departure. We follow patients remotely — photographs, video consultations and coordination with your local dentist for years after your visit.

05

Multilingual consultation

Consultations, planning and chair-side communication in English, Albanian and Macedonian. Treatment letters available in English for your local dentist.

06

Evidence-based practice

Our clinical director publishes on biomaterials and prosthetic longevity. The protocols you receive are the ones we trust because the research supports them.

The journey

How treatment abroad actually works.

From the first email to the final remote check-in — every step is planned and transparent.

  1. 01

    Initial consultation (remote)

Share photos, any existing X-rays and the questions you have. We reply within one working day with an initial clinical assessment — no obligation, no fee.

  2. 02

    Written treatment plan & estimate

You receive a detailed plan: the treatment itself, the number of visits, the timeline, and a transparent, itemised cost estimate. All before you book any travel.

  3. 03

    Travel planning support

Our coordinator helps you choose the right airport (Skopje or Pristina), recommends vetted hotels within walking distance, and aligns your schedule with your flights.

  4. 04

    Arrival & diagnostics

On day one we confirm the plan in person — CBCT, intraoral scan, clinical examination. If the plan needs refining, we refine it before any irreversible treatment begins.

  5. 05

    Treatment

Active treatment is scheduled densely to minimise your stay — without rushing the clinical work. Most cases require 2–7 days across one or two visits.

  6. 06

    Departure provisional or final

You leave either with a fixed provisional (if a second visit is planned) or with the final restorations fitted and verified.

  7. 07

    Remote follow-up

We follow you for years — photographs, video consultations, and written coordination with your local dentist for maintenance.

Cost

Lower cost — same standard.

Our pricing is typically 45–60% below equivalent clinics in Western Europe. The saving is in local overhead — not in the materials, the protocol or the time spent on your case.

Every quote is written, itemised and valid until your visit. The materials, brands and lab partners are named in the plan — nothing changes between the estimate and the invoice.

Frequently asked

What international patients ask us.

Will my home-country dentist accept the work?

Yes — we provide written treatment reports in English detailing every step, material and brand. Any reputable dentist will maintain and evaluate the work without issue.

What if something needs adjusting after I leave?

Minor adjustments are handled remotely or, if needed, by a local dentist we coordinate with. More substantial issues — rare — are covered under our written warranty.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every implant and prosthetic restoration carries a written warranty. Conditions are explained in your plan, before you commit.

How do I know the estimate is final?

Your written plan is itemised and fixed. If something changes during diagnostics on day one, we discuss it before any irreversible step — nothing is added silently.

Do I need to visit twice for implants?

Usually yes — once for surgery, once for the final crown 3–6 months later. Some immediate-loading cases can be completed in a single, longer visit.

What languages are consultations in?

English, Albanian and Macedonian. Written correspondence is available in English for your records and your local dentist.
