Fuat Shefqet Bislimi is the founder and clinical director of Ordinanca Stomatologjike "Dr.Fuati" in Kumanovo. A specialist in dental prosthodontics, his career combines active clinical practice with a sustained academic and research path — a Magister of Dental Science in 2014, followed by a Doctor of Science (PhD) in Prosthodontics in 2023. His research focuses on the long-term behaviour of restorative materials — specifically how surface properties, biomaterial choice and microbial adhesion affect the durability of fixed and removable prosthetics.
He is the author of several peer-reviewed scientific publications, including a first-author study in Open Chemistry (De Gruyter, 2020) examining the adhesion of Streptococcus mutans to zirconia, nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys and composite resins, and a 2024 paper on Candida albicans and prosthetic stomatitis. His clinical expertise spans the full prosthodontic spectrum: fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics, implant-supported prosthetics, aesthetic and restorative dentistry, dental biomaterials and geriatric dentistry. Within the clinic he leads the most demanding work — full-mouth rehabilitations, implant-supported restorations, aesthetic reconstructions and cases referred from other practices.
He is known among colleagues and patients for a conservative, evidence-driven approach: protecting tooth structure whenever possible, planning every case digitally and measuring success in decades rather than weeks. Beyond the clinic he teaches, mentors younger dentists and contributes to continuing education in the region, maintaining active collaborations with dental laboratories and implant specialists across North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania and wider Europe. Patients travel from across the Balkans and Europe to be treated under his care.

Dr. Tefiku leads the clinic's orthodontic work — from fixed appliances to clear aligner therapy. Every case is planned digitally on a 3D model of the patient's mouth, so the final result is agreed before the first bracket or tray is placed. She works closely with Dr. Bislimi on combined orthodontic-prosthetic cases, where alignment is the foundation for the final restoration.
Dr. Aleksovska is part of the clinic's restorative team, handling day-to-day general dentistry alongside aesthetic composite work, endodontics and the restorative steps of more complex plans. Her calm, thorough chair-side manner makes her a frequent first point of treatment for new and international patients.
Aida is the clinical nurse at the heart of the team. She prepares every treatment room, assists chair-side across surgical and restorative procedures, manages sterilisation protocols and supports patients from the moment they arrive until they leave. Her role is quiet but central — the reason every appointment runs on time and to standard.
Complex cases are reviewed by more than one specialist before a plan is finalised. That means the restorative, orthodontic and surgical perspectives are considered together — not one after the other.
The result is a single, coherent treatment plan — with no surprises between stages, and no treatment that contradicts what the next specialist needs.
